With the new 2025/2026 application round, the new function ‘Reuse last submitted application’ is available in the L-Bank funding portal for applications for the funding programmes ‘Reliably advancing skills (Kolibri) - language support’, ‘Reliably advancing skills (Kolibri) - development discussions’ and ´Homework, language, and learning assistance (HSL)´. 

This function allows you to reuse your last submitted application for the new application round, i.e., the data from this last application is made available to you in the new application form in an editable format. This has the advantage for you that you no longer have to re-enter the facilities and funding groups, for example. 

Prerequisites:

• You have submitted an application for Kolibri language support, Kolibri development talks and/or HSL via your account in the funding portal in the last application round 2024/2025. 
• Only an application submitted via the funding portal counts. Applications that have been started but not sent will not be taken into account for this new function. 
• If several applications were submitted in your account for the last application round, the application with the most recent date will be taken into account.

 

How it works (using the example of Kolibri language support)

Open the digital application form for Kolibri language funding in the L-Bank funding portal. To do this, click on the ‘Submit application’ icon.

 

 

Then open the ‘Education and qualification’ category.

 

 

Finally, click on the application form for Kolibri language support.

 

 

If the above requirements are met for your account in the funding portal, the new button ‘Reuse last submitted application’ will be displayed at the beginning of the application form.

 

 

After clicking on this button, the following screen will be displayed:

 

 

If you click on ‘yes’, the last submitted application for Kolibri language support from the last application round will be adopted, i.e. the current application form will be filled in with the data from this last application.

Please note the following information:

• The transferred data can be edited, i.e. data that is no longer current must be adjusted or deleted by you and new data must be added by you.
• The last two sections ‘Declarations’ and ‘Attachments’ are not filled when the last submitted application is reused, i.e. you must fill these two sections with the current values again in any case.
• The ‘Reuse last sent application’ button is still available to you after clicking on one of the two response options (yes or no), i.e. you can click on this button again at any time.
